These terms apply to all visitors, homeowners, and clients who use our website, landing pages, forms, email/SMS communications, or services.

Services Provided

Kitchen & Bath Factory provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

- Full kitchen remodels

- Full bathroom remodels

- Basement renovations

- Custom cabinetry and countertops

- Design consultations and material selections

- Project planning, management, and construction

The exact scope of your project will be defined in a written Service Agreement before work begins.

Service Agreement

All remodeling projects require a signed Service Agreement outlining:

- Scope of work

- Pricing and payment schedule

- Estimated timeline

- Responsibilities of each party

- Terms, warranties, and inclusions/exclusions

No project will begin until both parties sign this agreement.

Payment Terms

Project payments follow the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement. Generally:

- A deposit is required to begin design work or order materials

- Progress payments occur at key project milestones

- Final payment is due upon project completion

- Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Failure to make payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

Changes to Scope

Homeowners may request changes during the project. All changes must be documented and approved in writing through a Change Order, which may affect:

- Cost

- Materials

- Timeline

- Project scope

Intellectual Property

All drawings, renderings, designs, and plans provided by Kitchen & Bath Factory remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for. After final payment, you may use the provided plans for your personal remodel with Kitchen & Bath Factory. They may not be sold, shared, or used by another contractor without written permission.

Photo & Media Use

We may request permission to photograph or record your completed project for our portfolio and marketing purposes. We will never use images of your home without your consent.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement. In general:

- Deposits are non-refundable

- Refunds for unused materials or incomplete work may be considered on a case-by-case basis

- Custom-ordered materials cannot be refunded

Liability & Warranty

Kitchen & Bath Factory provides services with professional skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- We warrant workmanship as outlined in your Service Agreement

- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures

We are not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues, unforeseeable conditions, or homeowner-caused delays.

Use of Website, Forms & Resources

Our website and downloadable materials (such as the Kitchen Remodel Project Planner) are provided for informational purposes. Any cost ranges or timelines are examples only and may not apply to your specific project. You agree not to misuse our forms, upload harmful files, or interfere with the functionality of our website.

By submitting a form, requesting a guide, or signing up for a consultation, you agree that Kitchen & Bath Factory may contact you by:
